MemoryFuel Ingredients & Dosages Explained

A dose-by-dose look at MemoryFuel's current six-ingredient formula and what ingredient research can—and cannot—tell us.

The current label

Nutraville's current product listing names six ingredients: creatine monohydrate 5,000 mg, L-theanine 200 mg, choline bitartrate 300 mg, magnesium glycinate 300 mg, vitamin D3 2,000 IU and vitamin B12 25 mcg.

Why disclosed doses matter

A fully disclosed formula makes it possible to compare the product with published research. It does not, by itself, prove efficacy. Research on an isolated ingredient also cannot simply be added together to predict the effect of a six-ingredient blend.

Creatine monohydrate — 5 g

This is the ingredient with the clearest direct cognitive research story. Reviews of randomized trials have reported potential benefits in some cognitive domains, with memory among the more promising outcomes. Study populations and protocols differ, so “5 g equals better memory” would overstate the evidence.

L-theanine — 200 mg

L-theanine has been studied for attention, stress and cognitive performance. Acute attention findings are more defensible than broad claims that it improves memory over time.

Choline, magnesium, D3 and B12

All four connect to normal physiology. The important editorial question is whether supplementation improves the outcome in the population being targeted—not merely whether the nutrient has a biological role. Deficiency correction and supplementation in already-sufficient people are different questions.
